Cowles Commons comes alive with Boots and Brew, featuring the Iowa Craft Beer Tent, Food trucks and a slew of free tickets to see Garth Brooks in concert. Come hang to have some fun with a chance to win tickets or try the National Guards arm wrestling machine enjoy your favorite craft or domestic products and just have a good time dancing.
