IS THIS EVENT RAIN OR SHINE?
Yes.
WHAT STEPS ARE YOU TAKING TO HELP WITH SOCIAL DISTANCING
- Must wear masks when entering event, request you wear them when in lines
- 15' X 15' large square for 8 people
- Large walkways to use when you leave your "neighborhood"
- Ambassadors helping you find what you need quickly to avoid roaming
- Security watching for overcrowded squares
- Fast beer lines, and food vendors
- No single general admission tickets
- One person to pickup wristbands before event to shorten entry lines
- Multiple hand sanitizer and hand washing stations
- Regular cleaning of all serving surfaces
WILL WE BE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK?
You will be required to have a mask on while waiting in line to enter the event. After you enter, you will not be required to wear a mask. However, we request that when you are not in your square and are waiting in line at a food or drink stand that you wear a mask.
CAN I BUY A SINGLE GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET FOR THE EVENT?
No, each square comes with 8 tickets. You can purchase a ticket and be the only one that uses the square. It is your square, you decide how many of the 8 tickets you use.
IS THIS AN ALL AGES SHOW?
Yes! However, no matter the age, everyone will count as a ticket.
IS MY TICKET FOR ONE DAY, OR FOR BOTH DAYS?
Each ticket is for one day only. If you want to attend both days, you will need to follow the link for each day to purchase separate tickets.
HOW EXACTLY DO THE SQUARES WORK?
The squares are 15' X 15' squares. Click here to see the layout. The grid lines will be how squares leave their "neighborhood" to reach the 15' wide walkways. Because of that we will ask that you keep an 18" buffer around your square perimeter. All squares will be laid out in a grid similar to a battleship board allowing you to easily find your square (Example: G8).
I WANT TO SIT AND WATCH THE CONCERT; WILL PEOPLE BE STANDING IN THE SQUARE IN FRONT OF ME?
That is possible. We recommend you purchase a ticket as close as you can to the front to limit the chances of people standing in front of you, but we cannot promise it. We will not have sitting and standing zones.
HOW WILL YOU KEEP SQUARES FROM GETTING OVERCROWDED?
We will have security and ambassadors moving around the event to aid you and also monitor squares to make sure they do not become overcrowded. If a square is deemed to be overcrowded, we will ask those that do not have the correct wristband to leave the square.
CAN I PURCHASE MULTIPLE SQUARES NEXT TO EACH OTHER AND MINGLE?
The easy answer is yes, with one exception. Those in the multiple squares must remain spread out. You will not be permitted to purchase two squares and have 16 people standing in one square. You must do your best to keep the squares even in count.
CAN I BRING POP-UP TENTS OR UMBRELLAS?
No, tents and umbrellas will block the view of the stage for other attendees, so therefore they are banned.
CAN WE BRING COOLERS OR FOOD INTO THE EVENT?
No, we will have food and drinks for purchase at the event.
WILL YOU PROVIDE CHAIRS?
The only squares that will come with chairs is the VIP PLUS (red) section. You may bring chairs and blankets to enjoy your square. All other squares will be located on grass.
WHAT DO THE VIP SQUARES INCLUDE?
VIP PLUS squares will have 8 chairs and will be located on concrete. They are also the closest to the stage. VIP PLUS and VIP squares will also have a private bar located up front, and access to a bathroom trailer.
WHAT DRINKS WILL YOU HAVE?
We will have 12 Iowa Craft Beers, cider, and domestic beer including Busch Light, Michelob Ultra and White Claw. A special bar featuring Moscow Mules and Sangria will be located by the food stands. We will also have water bottles and pop for sale. Free water stations will be available for you to fill your water bottle.
WHAT FOOD WILL YOU HAVE?
We are still working on the complete list but it will be a lineup of 15 fair food stands.
ARE DOGS AND PETS ALLOWED?
Dogs/Pets are not allowed (unless licensed service animal)
